I’m sure there are plenty of you out there eating leftover pie for breakfast these days. I certainly have been known to have dessert for breakfast A LOT! My thinking has always been along the lines of “I have the whole day to burn off those calories… Why not!?” or “This is Apple Pie… it contains FRUIT! It’s totally healthy.” or “Carrot Cake is basically a vegetable, calm down.”
Whatever gets you through the day, right?
Except, that’s the problem. Eating dessert for breakfast while extremely sexy at the time always ends up with me having a nap at my desk around 10 a.m. Which is problematic, at best.
